Friends Foundation has initiated the early recovery project in Ali Pur with the support of Concern World Wide RAPID Fund. The objective of the project is to provide the post flood assistance to the flood effected communities. Total Beneficiaries of the project were 3000 families.

- Base line survey for the proposed union councils focus on WASH.
- Formation of the village committees
- Rehabilitation of 200 Hand Pumps
- Rehabilitation of 100 Latrines
- Printing and dissemination of IEC material
- Hygiene Session for the promotion of hygiene behaviors.
